John Kapageridis - Partner
John is an experienced management consultant and co-leads the firm’s growth portfolio. He is active in both portfolio strategy and deal evaluation. As part of the Alpha40’s investment committee, he helps oversee the firm’s acquisitions and co-leads investor capital allocation. He also provides board level governance to companies within Alpha40’s portfolio. Prior to joining Alpha40, John was a management consultant at BCG (Boston Consulting Group) and an M&A Manager at Rockwell Automation. John holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
Dominic Keyserlingk - Partner
Dominic is an experience owner-operator and co-lead of Alpha 40’s growth portfolio. He is member of the firm’s Investment Committee, where he helps oversee the firm’s acquisitions. He is also active in deal evaluation as well as portfolio strategy, and co-leads new investor capital allocations. Dominic has over 25 years of professional experience in finance, marketing and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Alpha40 Capital, Dominic spent over a decade as owner-operator of a large group of companies in the healthcare space. He holds and MBA from McGill University.
Mohsen Manzari - Founding Partner
Mohsen is a seasoned founder and operator and co-leads asset management and operations of the firm’s existing platforms. He is also active in deal evaluation and provides operational guidance and board level governance for the firms various operating companies. Prior to founding Alpha40 Capital, Mohsen spent the bulk of his 25 year career in transportation, a sector in which he owned and operated several companies. He has also invested in, and advises several privately held small cap companies. Mohsen holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto
Ash Buckle - Founding Partner
Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Ash has owned and operated several businesses in a variety of sectors. At Alpha40 Capital, he plays an active role in the operations of the firm's portfolio companies and in deal evaluation. He also co-leads asset management and sits on the board of the firm's various operating companies. Prior to founding Alpha40 Capital, Ash's ventures included businesses in the pharmaceutical, medical services and transportation space. He holds an MBA degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
